📋 Master SKU List

Upload your master SKU list with all possible items and their information. Items must be in this list before they can be added to inventory.

Upload Master SKU File (.xlsx or .csv):

Expected Columns: SKU, Description, Cost, Price, MPN, Tag Price, Gemstone Weight, Metal, Diamond Weight, Size

📦 Inventory Quantities

Upload current inventory quantities. SKUs must exist in the Master List first.

Import Mode: Full Import (Replace All) - Clear existing inventory and load fresh data

Use for: Initial setup, full inventory resets

Update Import (Add to Existing) - Add quantities to current inventory

Use for: Receiving shipments, adding new stock

Upload Inventory File (.xlsx or .csv):

Expected Columns: SKU, Closeout, Double Drawers, Josh Line, Matthew Line, etc.

📸 Product Images

Upload product images in bulk. Image filenames must match SKU names exactly (e.g., SKU123.jpg, 0004PA70.png)

📝 Important Notes:

Image filename must match SKU exactly (case-insensitive)
Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP
Images are automatically uploaded to Firebase Storage
Can select multiple images at once
Existing images with same name will be replaced

Rename your image files to match SKU names before uploading. For example:
IMG_1234.jpg → SKU123.jpg
photo.png → 0004PA70.png
